JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Owner, the ISA Certified arborist/sale associate is responsible for bidding jobs, planning, assigning, coordinating and supervising the work of the tree maintenance program.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the sales/tree department.
• Develops estimates for clients in a timely manner.
• Supervises the tree care service activities for crews, ensuring that all crew members have the required Personal Protective Equipment(PPE), training, tools and can operate safely.
• Reviews and manage crew schedules.
• Manages a group of tree trimming, removal, and maintenance crews.
• Daily face-to-face interactions with crew leaders and customer representatives.
• Manage work order process to include set up and daily communication of work assignments; liaison between work crews and internal operations production team; daily verification with crew leader/foreman of crew hours, completed work and work remaining; accuracy and completeness of paperwork throughout the process
• Provides leadership support as directed as needed
• Assists with incident and injury reports in cooperation with the owner.
• Responsible for the sales of the department and assists others in the company when requested.
• Develop overall operation expertise such that brief absences by personnel on the operations team can be covered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
